Non-Government Civic Organizations based in Westchester County, NY
Applicant must provide a NYS tax-exempt form (ST-119.1) to be considered

Grants must be applied for annually and are valid for the award year. Applications are only accepted on the official SIGNALS914 forms. Applications must be filled out completely and received by October 15, 2021 to be considered. Only one application per eligible organization. Grants have no cash value and cannot be applied to past purchases made at Signarama Hartsdale. Grants are awarded in November 2021. Total retail value of all grants awarded in 2021 will be approximately $10,000 and will be provided by the presenting sponsor, Signarama Hartsdale.
Recipients will be selected at sole discretion of Signarama Hartsdale. Grants are non-transferable and expire on March 31, 2022.
Grants may be awarded in full or in-part to recipients.
Need, size of request, additional resources available, and total number of grant applications will be taken into consideration when awarding partial grants. For example, grantees may be given the option to have a percentage of their request funded at no cost to them.
Grant recipient agrees and accepts that signage will incorporate SIGNALS914 and/or Signarama Hartsdale branding.
Applicant is responsible for furnishing potential permits relating to a sign award.

Facility Signage – includes permanent or temporary signage for physical location of applicant organization, both interior and exterior.
Event Signage – temporary sign and display products in an indoor or outdoor setting
Vehicle Graphics – semi-permanent vinyl application for vehicles owned by applicant organization.
